Get the available return reason codes
Get the return reason codes available for a seller in one of its fulfillment warehouses. Returns the seller specific codes together with the ones configured for all sellers of that warehouse. Map the codes returned by the positions of /returns, not the descriptions, as those may change. Use translations where present to show a code in the language of your user, and the label otherwise.
